Attention: The air hose shown and the hose clamps are not included. These can be purchased individually in the shop, or are available as a set as a complete kit including the anchor plates at a discount.
In order to transport the air to the brake ventilation outlet, a suitable inlet is essential. This is not so easy with the Golf 7 and the Seat Leon Cupra 5F. Every area behind the bumper is used and leaves no room for an additional channel without major modifications. However, all vehicles have one thing in common, regardless of the equipment and whether you drive the manual transmission or DSG: a good location on the underbody. At this point we can easily tap the air flow and at the same time it is not the lowest point. Our duct is attached with 3 screws and allows a connection via an air hose to our anchor plate. Important: The hose routing must be laid carefully and can lead to chafing on the hose after a certain time due to many steering units up to full lock.
