Weld-on attachment with suspension ear for the AMG differential. We have seen many a W205 C63 come by that have broken the differential cover, then the differential comes loose from its mounting and the drive shaft pushes the inner CV joint in extreme deflection and damages more things, such as the lock, the drive shaft itself and usually the seal. In addition, it can also give a knock to the other drive shaft.

Mercedes solved this itself after the faclift by using the same suspension as the S63 and E63 (W211) AMG. ;

We recommend to do the welding in combination with an overhaul to prevent overheating of the oil and damage to the bearings when the housing is heated by welding.

Installation available by us in combination with rebuild and includes welding, de-stressing and spraying.
