When a car is lowered, it will roll more due to a change in the chassis geometry and it is advisable to mount these stiffer stabilizer bars.
With adjustable sets there is also the possibility to play with the balance of the car. Firmer front and softer rear gives more understeer and rear stiffer and softer front gives more oversteer.
