A seat fastener is primarily a safety-relevant component and is precise we interpreted it as such. Breakouts and the shape of the components are not chosen arbitrarily, but are based on the results of calculations and simulations of the stress curves in the loaded state.
Each of our components was subjected to an FEM simulation in order to ensure safety first ensure and consequently optimize the weight.
With this solution it is possible to mount a Recaro Pole Position on the original running rail of a BMW"? of the E46 series. This only has to be mechanical In the case of an electric running rail, we offer a variant with its own seat console here in the shop.
This seat attachment is designed so that it is screwed together using 4 screws like the original seat, whereby the original screw connection is also used can continue to use. A careful centering in front of the steering wheel ensures that your pole position is not positioned off-center. Only the seat height is a variable that is up to you. The double row of holes allowed us to refine the height scaling.
With this system there is no need for an additional seat console and you benefit from the rigidity of the OEM running rail from BMW. This in turn brings advantages when purchasing individual items at the TuV, because they are happy about every series part and thus make registration easier.
