Description
Air duct inlet:
In order to transport the air to the brake ventilation outlet, a suitable inlet is essential. This is not so easy with the Golf 7 and the Seat Leon Cupra 5F. Every area behind the bumper is used and leaves no room for an additional channel without major modifications. However, all vehicles have one thing in common, regardless of the equipment and whether you drive the manual transmission or DSG: a good location on the underbody. At this point we can easily tap the air flow and at the same time it is not the lowest point. Our duct is attached with 3 screws and allows a connection via an air hose to our anchor plate. Important: The hose routing must be laid carefully and can lead to chafing on the hose after a certain time due to many steering units up to full lock.
Air duct outlet:
We use the channeling of the air flow for Center of the brake disc to use the turbine effect to cool the disc from the inside. We target the window at an angle so as not to suffer any wastage and to use the available air volume as efficiently as possible. Thanks to the lightweight construction in combination with powdered aluminum, the component is sufficiently strong and at the same time light and insensitive. The ball joint of your wishbone is extremely close to the hot brake disc and will be affected over time. Therefore, this anchor plate has additional shielding for the bearing and thereby increases longevity.

Motorsport parts without street approval We explicitly point out that none of our products offered for sale are original vehicle parts from the vehicle manufacturer BMW AG, M GmbH, MINI, VAG or other vehicle manufacturers. Naming the vehicle brands and models only serves to find the product and assign it to the appropriate vehicle type.
The different models vary slightly in the wheel position, coupled with different chassis geometries and wheel and tire combinations, it becomes impossible for us to cover all variants. In the worst case, the wheel could rest slightly at full steering angle (which should only be the case when parking), which could not cause any damage to the tire. In this case we were asked to forego the last ? of the steering turns.
