rebuild of the viscous locking differential for 7 and 7.5 inch differentials. These can often use a few fresh parts over time and can be adjusted to your use by applying other viscous fluids.
Most viscous differentials we receive have completely burned off the existing fluid and have virtually no more operation left. (This can be tested by turning the rear wheels against each other, the easier this is, the less effect the lock will have.)
Regards the rebuild and assembly/disassembly in the differential of your visco lock. The barrier is completely cleaned inside and out and provided with new tougher visco fluid for more barrier effect.
We also offer preload versions in different degrees of pre-pressure, suitable for street, street/trackday and motorsport use.
When used in motorsport, we actually recommend going for a record barrier, this works considerably more pleasantly and is a lot more durable.
