PFF88-1030BLK insert is made with our Black 95A material and fills the voids in the original mount, limiting engine movement and providing additional stability under acceleration. The result is a restriction in engine movement, preventing wheel hop and offering more precise gear-shifting for a more positive driving experience. This, in turn, additionally prolongs the mount s life expectancy. NB: When strengthening the connection between the engine and chassis, a small increase in NVH, usually at idle, should be expected. Naturally, the harder the material used, the greater the NVH transmitted. It will not fit vehicles using the engine bracket p/n 31401633 due to the lack of support provided by the bracket required to prevent the insert from pulling out of the torque rod.
