The GAZ Gold coilover kit for BMW E34 and E28 5 series is suitable for trackdays and professional track use.
For the E34: The rear with this model is not a coilover, but height is adjustable by means of supplied adjustment plates.
- Front and rear bump & rebound adjustable with simple knob (also after mounting).
- Thicker 62mm bodies for greater oil capacity. Units feature 22mm diameter hardened piston rods, which are chrome plated for strength and durability.
- All units have multi-lip seals. The outer seal is a metal encased wiper to keep the piston rod clean. This in turn ensures that the main seal stays whole longer and oil is retained longer under extreme conditions.
- All gold units are equipped with a gas-cell in the outer reservoir and are filled with a high viscosity multi-grade oil to prevent decay, and to prevent fading under racing conditions.
- The coilovers and its telescopic units in the gold version are made from high quality lightweight aluminum parts whenever possible. The outside of the tube is steel with nickel coating against corrosion. All aluminum components on the outside are annodized.
- A wide range of springs is available for street and track use. So you get a custom set for this price!
- Coilovers on the front are for not attachable to the standard factory topmounts.
The front topmounts (optional) are adjustable camberplates. You will need to send in your current struts/fuselage pieces so they can be welded to the shock absorbers.
Optional auxiliary springs are also available for rally or riders with specific needs.
Optionally it is possible to order the Gold sets with connected canister for separate adjustment of bump and rebound.
The 50-euro bill is included so you can better estimate the thickness of the struts.
