Volkswagen MQB platform rear axle differential overhaul.
Involves overhaul with new bearings, seal cleaning and adjustment. This may be necessary if there is damage to the bearings and the differential makes noise that changes with the speed of the front vehicle.
(Does not concern haldex overhaul, we can clean the haldex internally).
After revise, new differential oil and haldex oil is needed. (Possibly available from us).
If the differential makes a ticking noise there is most likely damage to the gears, we may be able to provide replacement and possibly reinforcement of the gears.
For revision we need your differential, by mutual agreement this can be planned in about 1 working day.
